Job summary

Korn Ferry has partnered with our client for the role of Plant Financial Controller. The Plant Financial Controller will oversee all financial activities of the manufacturing site, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory control, and compliance.

This role collaborates with plant leadership to drive performance, profitability, and strong financial governance, and leads the plant finance team to deliver accurate, timely insights for business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/CA/CMA preferred.
• 10+ years of finance experience, including manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong business partnering and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial closing and reporting activities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the plant.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock controls, and working capital performance.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Lead and develop the plant finance team.

Plant Financial Controller
