Job summary

Rolls-Royce Malaysia is seeking a Site Financial Controller to partner with Plant Finance Manager and lead financial governance for the PowerGen assembly operation. You will translate production, supply chain and engineering activity into actionable financial insight, ensuring robust costing, inventory control and credible reporting.

The role requires strong FP&A, cost accounting and manufacturing finance expertise, with experience in SAP/ERP environments and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• ACCA, CPA, CIMA or CA qualification preferred.
• Strong financial control mindset with ability to balance governance and business growth.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Own plant financial governance and business partnering with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead annual budget, long-range plan and rolling forecast for production, revenue, margin, and capex.
• Analyze manufacturing variances, inventory valuation and cost-to-serve, recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare concise management reporting and ensure balance-sheet controls and timely close.
• Drive productivity, working capital management and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
