Job summary

Dynaciate, a TECO Group company in Malaysia, seeks an experienced Plant Director/Plant Manager to lead factory operations and expansion across steel structure, piping, metal fabrication and assembly.

You will oversee production planning, capacity improvement, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality and supply chain to deliver on time, with a focus on new product introduction for AI Data Center applications.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical engineering foundation required; electrical/electromechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Extensive leadership experience in plant operations, manufacturing and process optimization.
• Experience in plant expansion, production line setup, NPI and ramp-up for new products.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall factory operations, including production planning, material flow, inventory, quality, cost and delivery.
• Manage existing product lines such as steel structure, piping, metal fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly and related components.
• Lead new product introduction, process setup, trial production, qualification and mass production ramp-up for AIDC-related products.
• Drive plant expansion, new production line setup, factory layout planning and capacity improvement.
• Establish and optimize manufacturing processes, production standards, manpower planning and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, procurement, supply chain and project teams to resolve production, material, quality and delivery issues.
• Support customer visits, audits, product qualification and factory readiness reviews.
• Report factory performance, risks and improvement plans to senior management and TECO HQ.
