Dynaciate, a TECO Group company in Malaysia, seeks an experienced QA / QC Manager to lead the plant's quality management function and enhance the overall quality system. The role covers inspection standards, failure analysis processes and readiness for customer audits, supporting both existing and new AIDC-related products.

You will build and maintain the plant's quality management framework, establish standards, manage quality control across steel, piping, metal fabrication and assembly, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or related fields.
• Solid QA / QC experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience handling overseas customer audits or first-tier customer audits.
• Experience in equipment, tools, assembly, metal fabrication, steel structure, piping, electromechanical products or related industries.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the plant quality management system to support customer requirements, product qualification and audits.
• Establish and improve quality standards, inspection criteria, quality documentation and control plans.
• Manage quality control for steel structure, piping, metal fabrication, mechanical assembly, and AIDC-related products.
• Lead customer audits, internal audits, and supplier audits.
• Conduct failure analysis, root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions.
• Work with manufacturing, engineering, procurement and suppliers to resolve quality issues and reduce quality risks.
• Establish quality KPIs, defect tracking, supplier quality management and continuous improvement mechanisms.
• Train and manage the QA / QC team to ensure consistent quality execution.
