Job summary
Talent Search Pte Ltd seeks a senior leader to oversee Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain across a Malaysia site. You will drive transformational change, optimize processes and lead regulatory and environmental adherence to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Business related field.
- MBA would be advantageous for strategic leadership.
- Senior leadership experience in manufacturing/operations/engineering environments.

Oversee Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS while working closely with Quality, Finance and HR to drive transformational change, strengthen organizational capability and smart manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for overall site performance, strategy and execution to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
Accountable for Delivery, Cost, Capital investment, Quality and Safety, Manpower performance to achieve productivity, business growth and operational targets
Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, automation, advanced analytics and industry 4.0 digital technologies
Maximize equipment performance, reduce waste, improve throughput, and manage long-term capacity and technology planning
Optimize material flow, inventory management, and overall supply chain effectiveness to boost customer satisfaction and working capital
Build organizational capability through succession planning and leadership development while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory, environmental, and corporate standards
Represent Malaysia site for regional transformation agenda and global stakeholder partnership
About you
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related discipline. MBA would be advantageous
Senior leadership managerial experience within manufacturing, operations or engineering environments in a semiconductor / electronics / medical devices industry
Proven knowledge in Six Sigma methodology, Lean Manufacturing, automation and digital manufacturing initiatives
Strong financial acumen, data-driven decision maker and committed to operational excellence
Resilient, adaptable, energetic and passionate people manager
