Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a skilled Business Planner to manage end-to-end supply and demand planning, driving on-time delivery (OTD), revenue plan attainment, and DOI targets.

You will forecast shipments, release and expedite work orders, and coordinate with multiple departments to keep the ship plan on track. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of planning experience, with strong MS Office proficiency and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and provide CRD updates.
• Apply capacity knowledge for assembly/test to optimize WIP and ship plan.
• Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve planning/shipment issues.
