Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a Business Planner in Penang to manage end-to-end supply and demand planning, drive on-time delivery, revenue plan attainment, and DOI targets.

You will forecast and ship to meet revenue goals, release and expedite work orders, and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve planning and shipment issues while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of planning experience.
• Fluent in English in both oral and written.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecast and shipments to meet revenue plan.
• Release work orders and expedite to maintain DOI targets.
• Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and customer CRD.
• Understand assembly/test capacity to align with ship plan.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve planning/shipment issues.

Job Summary

The Business Planner is responsible for managing end to end supply and demand planning while driving on time delivery (OTD), revenue plan attainment, and days of inventory (DOI) targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage forecast and shipment to meet revenue plan
• Work order release and expedite to ensure right loading pattern and keeping to the targeted DOI level without impacting commit to customer
• Responsible for customer OTD and CRD
• Capacity knowledge for assembly and test to better manage wip to meet ship plan
• Manage inventory level, work towards meeting DOI target
• Coordination with inter-departments to resolve planning/shipment related issues.

Qualifications

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 5–8 years of planning experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Strong analysis skills and ability to work in dynamic condition
• Fluent in English in both oral and written

• Possess strong problem solving, communicate and interpersonal skills
