Job summary

BERJAYA PROPERTY BERHAD is seeking a skilled Master Programme Lead to steer the development, review, and maintenance of the infrastructure Master Programme in Malaysia. You will define WBS, calendars, milestones, and ensure integration of subcontractor schedules for on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 8+ years in infrastructure projects, and strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities. Proficiency in MS Project and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project with 8+ years in infrastructure projects.
• Experience with government projects (e.g., JKR/JBA/PAAB/Air Selangor) is an advantage.
• Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

• Lead development, review, and maintenance of the Master Programme.

Job description

Lead the development, review, and maintenance of the overall Master Programme.

Establish appropriate WBS, activity coding, logic, calendarsm milestoes, and programme requirements.

Ensure subcontractor programmes are properly reviewed and integrated into the Master Programme.

Monitor critical path, float, key milestones, and overall schedule performance.

2.Progress Monitoring & Reporting

Establish and maintain project progress measurement and reporting systems.

Review planned versus actual progress and identify significant variances.

Lead preparation of weekly, monthly, and management progress reports.

Provide high-level project performance analysis and forecast completion dates.

3.Delay & Schedule Analysis

Identify critical delay, constraints, and potential impacts to project completion.

Lead delay analysis and recommend appropriate mitigation and recovery strategies.

Review subcontractor recovery programmes and monitor implementation.

Provide early warning of potential schedule risks to Project Management.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Project, with a minimum of 8 years working experience in infrastructure works. Previous experience in projects involving the Government or Government Agencies such as JKR/JBA/PAAB/Air Selangor would be an added advantage.

Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office applications.
