Job summary

JAC Recruitment International is seeking a Planning Executive/Senior Executive to be based in Bayan Lepas, Penang. Responsibilities include production planning, material planning, and cross-functional coordination with regional stakeholders.

You will maintain demand data in ERP, schedule production based on orders, and monitor inventory and CTB status while coordinating with vendors and shipping for timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or Materials Management with relevant experience.
• Strong inventory and total supply chain planning knowledge.
• Experience in contract manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer demand into ERP entries and production plans.
• Schedule production and manage material status with vendors.
• Monitor CTB status and update production planning reports.
• Coordinate with production and subcontracting for material kitting.
• Maintain timely data in ERP and track shipment requirements.
