Job summary

Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, seeks a Production Planning professional to validate weekly production plans, launch work orders, and align targets with customer needs. You will collaborate with the production and purchasing teams to ensure materials and capacity are available.

The role requires 0–2 years in program/project management, strong MS Office skills, and ERP/MRP system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business.
• 0–2 years in program/project management or related field preferred; knowledge in Automation Assembly Planning is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Validate the production plan and launch weekly work orders.
• Align production targets with customer needs with the production team.
• Check available hours with Planning Manager for short/long term horizons.
• Ensure material availability with Purchasing.
• Reschedule WIP and communicate priorities in daily meetings.
• Lead or participate in project kick-off meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to ISO requirements, safety practices, and company SOPs.
