Job summary

JAC Recruitment International is seeking a Planning Executive in Johor, Malaysia to craft daily, weekly and monthly production schedules aligned with forecasts and customer orders. Collaborate across Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Sales to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering or Supply Chain with 1–2 years of planning experience. Proficient in Excel; SAP and Power BI knowledge is a plus. Fresh graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• 1–2 years of production planning experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and cross-department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Plan production sequences considering capacity and material readiness.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for demand or supply changes.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Sales.
• Ensure raw/material availability and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain planning data in SAP and generate reports and dashboards.
• Support continuous improvement to boost efficiency and delivery performance.
