Epicon Berhad is seeking a capable planner/architectural professional to assist in the design and detailing of residential and commercial developments. You will coordinate with consultants to meet guidelines, market needs and cost targets, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Role includes collaboration with sales/marketing for marketing collateral and product launch documentation, as well as supporting handover processes and authority submissions across Malaysia.

Assist in design process through conceptual design, schematic design and detail design for residential and commercial property developments.
Coordinate with consultants to ensure designs meet design guidelines, market needs and cost considerations.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirement and authority guidelines.
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team to facilitate drawing and detail for marketing collateral and SPA for product launching.
Assist in project handover including in CCC inspection process until issuance of Borang F and VP.
Assist in coordinating and preparing submissions for development approvals with relevant authorities.
Liaison with local authorities, utility providers, and stakeholders.
Monitor and track submission progress and follow up to secure approvals within timelines.
Assist in developing project budgets, phasing plans, and timelines for pre-planning stages.
Ensure project activities align with corporate objectives and financial targets.
Support cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, finance, and project delivery teams.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and partners to ensure smooth project progression.
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Property Development, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in property development, with exposure to landed residential projects.
Familiarity with Malaysia’s statutory requirements, planning processes, and development guidelines.
Basic knowledge of feasibility studies, land assessments, and project planning.
Possess own transport and willingness to travel within Malaysia for site visits, authority submissions, and project coordination.
Willingness to travel to various project sites including outstation project sites as required
