Job summary

Rockone Engineering Sdn Bhd in Sabah seeks a Diploma/Degree holder in Civil Engineering or related field for project planning roles at site in Kota Kinabalu. You will prepare and update schedules, monitor progress, and generate look-ahead plans for civil infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is required, with Mandarin preferred for communication with Chinese-speaking teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project planning / construction planning.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects preferred.
• Able to prepare and update project schedules, baseline programmes, progress reports, and look-ahead schedules.
• Able to monitor actual progress against planned progress and identify delays.
• Experience preparing S-curves, progress reports, manpower/resource histograms and recovery programmes.
• Able to coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project management.
• Mandarin speaking is preferred/required for communication with Chinese-speaking management and project personnel.
• Good command of English.
• Willing to work at the project site in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
