Job summary

ASAS PERMATANG SDN. BHD. is seeking a capable Civil Site Supervisor to plan, coordinate and supervise civil and architectural works across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Negeri Sembilan.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, CIDB Green Card, and proficient AutoCAD, MS Office. You will manage daily site activities, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction, building, infrastructure, railway or related projects.
• Experience in both civil and architectural works is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs and QA/QC requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Strong site coordination, planning, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a valid CIDB Green Card.
• Own transport and valid driving licence.
• Willing to work across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

• Provide practical technical solutions to construction and site-related issues.
