Job summary

Innovalues in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Planner to plan, monitor, and analyze operational machine planning, raw material and inventory control. You will coordinate with customers on commitment and delivery plans, and compile operational machine capacity by customer.

This role requires a Diploma or Degree in Material Management, Logistics or Business Administration, with at least 1 year in the field, and strong teamwork, self-initiative, and Mandarin language proficiency to communicate

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Material Management, Logistics or Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Self-initiative and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and analyze operational machine planning, raw material and inventory control.
• Coordinate with customers on commitment plan and delivery plan.
• Compile operational machine capacity by customer.
• Monitor day-to-day production performance and delivery schedule.
• Coordinate and forecast purchase of raw materials according to production schedule and inventory needs.
• Ensure on-time incoming deliveries of raw materials.
