Planner II is responsible for support production scheduling and material planning activities to ensure on-time delivery and efficient utilization of manufacturing resources. The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to achieve customer requirements and operational goals.
Planner II is responsible for support production scheduling and material planning activities to ensure on-time delivery and efficient utilization of manufacturing resources. Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and capacity availability.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
Analyze demand, capacity, and inventory data to optimize production planning.
Expedite critical orders and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
Track production performance and identify risks that may impact delivery.
Maintain accurate planning parameters and ERP system data.
Prepare production planning reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and inventory management.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, materials planning, or manufacturing operations.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment; EMS or precision manufacturing experience is preferred.
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and production planning concepts.
