The ideal candidate has at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, over 2 years' experience, and strong MRP/planning knowledge with good English skills. The job emphasizes delivery performance and continuous process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Release production order daily based on order priority, capacity and material availability.
• Review production capacity plan against forecast and actual demand, work closely with production team to fulfil dynamic demand.
• Have flexibility and responsiveness on analysis material availability / shortage for urgent request or big orders and provide shipment plan to customers.
• Ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) and meet all the company’s KPI.
• Support NPI or other company projects
• Ensure implementation, adherence, and participation to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures by applying to areas of responsibility.
• To continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
• Other tasks / ad hoc tasks assigned by direct supervisor and superior.

About the role

We are seeking a Planner (Order Management) to join GN ReSound (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Johor. This is afull-time position that plays a critical role in optimizing our production and supply chain operations. As Planner (Order Management), you will be responsible for order management planning, monitoring its execution in the purchasing and production scheduling, communicate across the interrelated functions for planning execution.

Key responsibilities

Release production order daily based on order priority, capacity and material availability.

Review production capacity plan against forecast and actual demand, work closely with production team to fulfil dynamic demand.

Have flexibility and responsiveness on analysis material availability / shortage for urgent request or big orders and provide shipment plan to customers.
