Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd is seeking a Planner II / Senior Planner to drive demand planning, master scheduling, and ERP/MRP-driven execution in Penang. This role requires relocation to Penang and strong analytical capabilities.

You will work with multiple stakeholders to develop demand plans, load master schedules, monitor forecasts, and support on-time delivery while maintaining planning metrics. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in materials planning or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a demand plan with Business Units and customers.

Planner II / Senior Planner (Relocate to Penang)

What You'll Do

Collaborate with Business Units and customers to develop and manage a demand plan.

Create and maintain a Master Schedule through material and capacity analysis, and load it into the ERP system.

Develop and monitor revenue forecasts, and drive corrective actions when needed.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful execution of production plans.

Monitor and continuously improve planning metrics.

Comply with all company security policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3–7 years of experience in materials planning or a related field.

Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Willing to relocate and based in Penang.
