Job summary

Coffeeprint Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate orders across DTP, Printing, and Production, ensuring on-time readiness after payment. The role prioritizes accurate due dates, stock maintenance, and proactive issue resolution.

You will monitor raw material availability, manage supply risk, and leverage the internal planning system to track each order end-to-end, with strong cross-functional communication across Sales, DTP, Production and Warehouse.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of production planning or scheduling experience, ideally in printing, packaging, or manufacturing
• Comfortable working with production tracking systems and digital tools
• Experience coordinating raw material or inventory availability
• Strong cross-department communication — this role coordinates daily with Sales, DTP, Production, and Warehouse
• Sound judgement under pressure — comfortable making and owning override decisions on genuine exceptions
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on outstanding items

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders across DTP, Printing, and Production to ensure they are ready to ship within the target working-day window from payment
• Confirm and communicate realistic order-ready due dates promptly after payment is received
• Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels for key raw materials (paper, plastic bags, corrugated boxes), preventing stock-out related delays
• Proactively resolve urgent orders and maintain backup supplier coverage across material categories to manage supply risk
• Use and maintain the internal production planning system to track every order through the full pipeline
• Flag and elevate genuine exceptions and bottlenecks before they affect delivery commitments
• Prepare monthly performance reporting, including delay analysis and resolution summaries
