In this full-time position based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, you will play a pivotal role in the company's production planning and scheduling operations. As a Planner, you will be responsible for optimising workflows, coordinating resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of products to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives
Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data, identify production bottlenecks, and implement solutions
Utilise scheduling software and other tools to optimise production plans and resource allocation
Monitor and report on production performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of necessary materials and components
Provide support and guidance to production teams to ensure smooth operations
Participate in project planning and implementation to drive efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in a production planning or scheduling role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges
Proficient in the use of production planning and scheduling software, such as ERP systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
