Responsibilities

About the role

Loving Mansion Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our rehabilitation and wellness team. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru District, Johor. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of helping individuals recover, rehabilitate and achieve optimal physical function. This position is essential to our healthcare delivery and will have a direct impact on patient outcomes and quality of life.

What you\'ll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and establish personalised treatment plans


• Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription and therapeutic modalities


• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal recovery outcomes


• Educating patients on exercises, ergonomics and lifestyle modifications to support their rehabilitation journey


• Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and centre policies


• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals including doctors, occupational therapists and nurses to provide coordinated care


• Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives


• Ensuring a safe and hygienic treatment environment and adhering to infection control protocols

What we\'re looking for

• A recognised Bachelor\'s degree or higher qualification in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution


• Valid registration or licensure with the relevant physiotherapy regulatory body in Malaysia


• Minimum of 2 years\' clinical experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting


• Strong knowledge of anatomical, physiological and pathological principles underpinning physiotherapy practice


• Proficiency in assessment techniques, treatment planning and evidence-based intervention delivery


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues


• Physical capability to perform manual therapy techniques and support patient mobility


• Professional commitment to continuing education and staying current with developments in physiotherapy


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team


• Preferred experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation or geriatric care
