About the role Damai Service Hospital (HQ) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physiotherapy services to our patients in our Kuala Lumpur facility. You will play a key role in helping patients recover, improve their mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life.
What you'll be doing
Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalised treatment plans for patients
Deliver a range of physiotherapy treatments and interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and the use of modalities
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and communicate regularly with other healthcare professionals
Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
Contribute to the development and implementation of new physiotherapy initiatives and protocols
Mentor and support junior physiotherapists, providing guidance and training as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
Strong clinical skills and experience in a wide range of physiotherapy techniques and interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy practices and research
