WELL HEALTHCARE GROUP SDN BHD is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our growing rehabilitation team in Bukit Mertajam and Simpang Ampat. The role focuses on helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function through evidence-based rehabilitation care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Registered / eligible to practise as a Physiotherapist in Malaysia.
• Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric, sports, or general rehabilitation cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify functional limitations, pain sources, and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition and recovery needs.
• Deliver hands‑on physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, electrotherapy, and mobility training.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, injury prevention, posture, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in training, case discussions, and continuous professional development initiatives.

As a Physiotherapist, you will play an important role in helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, improve function, and enhance their overall quality of life through evidence-based rehabilitation care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify functional limitations, pain sources, and rehabilitation goals

Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient’s condition and recovery needs

Deliver hands‑on physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, electrotherapy, and mobility training
