Job summary

Loving Mansion Health Center in Johor Bahru, Johor is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our rehabilitation and wellness team. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, from assessments to treatment planning, within a multidisciplinary setting.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, with at least 2 years of clinical experience and valid Malaysian registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid registration or licensure with the relevant physiotherapy regulatory body in Malaysia.
• Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong knowledge of anatomical, physiological and pathological principles underpinning physiotherapy practice.
• Proficiency in assessment techniques, treatment planning and evidence-based intervention delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Physical capability to perform manual therapy techniques and support patient mobility.
• Commitment to continuing education and staying current with developments in physiotherapy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Preferred experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation or geriatric care

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and establish personalised treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription and therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients on exercises, ergonomics and lifestyle modifications to support their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and centre policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including doctors, occupational therapists and nurses to provide coordinated care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols
