Job summary

BeFit Wellness Hub Sdn Bhd, a wellness and rehabilitation centre, seeks a dedicated Physiotherapist to support recovery and mobility through structured rehabilitation and personalized treatment planning.

The role welcomes both experienced physiotherapists and fresh graduates in a supportive, learning-oriented setting. Mandarin ability is a plus for communicating with Mandarin-speaking patients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of physiotherapy principles, rehabilitation techniques, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong patient relationships.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn and adapt.
• Mandarin communication is advantageous to support Mandarin-speaking patients.
• Passion for patient care and long-term recovery.
• Willing to undergo training and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments to identify musculoskeletal and functional conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver physiotherapy treatments based on clinical needs, monitor progress, and adjust care plans for effective recovery.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies, lifestyle modification, posture correction, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including assessments, treatment records and progress notes.
• Contribute to improving treatment protocols and service quality within the centre.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our clinical and wellness team. The role focuses on delivering patient centred care, supporting recovery, improving mobility, and helping patients achieve better long term physical health outcomes through structured rehabilitation and treatment planning.

This position is open to both experienced physiotherapists and fresh graduates who are eager to grow in a structured, supportive, and learning focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

You will conduct detailed patient assessments to identify musculoskeletal and functional conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

You will deliver physiotherapy treatments based on clinical needs, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans to ensure effective recovery outcomes.

You will educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies, lifestyle modification, posture correction, and injury prevention.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
