BeFit Wellness Hub Sdn Bhd invites a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our clinical and wellness team in Malaysia. The role emphasizes patient-centred care, supporting recovery, improving mobility, and delivering structured rehabilitation plans to promote long-term physical health outcomes.

Open to experienced physiotherapists and fresh graduates who are eager to grow in a supportive and learning-focused environment. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of physiotherapy principles and rehabilitation techniques.
• Good communication skills and ability to build patient relationships.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and adaptable.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Passionate about patient care and long-term recovery.
• Structured wellness environment experience would help.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments to identify musculoskeletal and functional conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver physiotherapy treatments based on clinical needs, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans to ensure effective recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies, lifestyle modification, posture correction, and injury prevention.
• Work closely with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment records, and progress notes.
• Contribute to improving treatment protocols and enhancing service quality within the centre.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our clinical and wellness team. The role focuses on delivering patient centred care, supporting recovery, improving mobility, and helping patients achieve better long term physical health outcomes through structured rehabilitation and treatment planning.

This position is open to both experienced physiotherapists and fresh graduates who are eager to grow in a structured, supportive, and learning focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Working hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

5.5 working days per week with 1.5 days off
