Job summary

Web Master Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a PHP Laravel Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications, ERP systems, and system integrations in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves building scalable software, integrating RESTful APIs, and collaborating with UI/UX teams.

Ideal candidates have a degree or diploma in CS/IT, 1–3 years of Laravel experience, MySQL knowledge, and familiarity with RESTful APIs and Git. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of PHP Laravel development experience is an advantage.
• Experience with MySQL and database design.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Knowledge of Linux server environments and deployment is an advantage.
• Experience with Vue.js or React is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework.

Develop new modules and enhance existing ERP and business management systems.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.

Database Development

Design and optimise MySQL database structures.

Create and maintain database migrations, stored procedures, and queries.

Ensure data integrity, security, and performance.

API & System Integration

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.

Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, Singapore's InvoiceNow / MyInfo, WhatsApp, and other external APIs.

Maintain secure authentication and data exchange between systems.

Front-End Collaboration

Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive user interfaces.

Testing & Deployment

Perform unit testing and system testing.

Support application deployment, version control, and production releases.

Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work closely with project managers, solution consultants, and QA teams.

Provide technical support and documentation where required.

Contribute ideas to improve product features and development processes.

Requirements
