Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Laravel PHP developer with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS, and 1+ years of PHP web application development using Laravel 7+. You will work with MySQL and DynamoDB, deploy to AWS, and write unit tests.

Strong REST API skills and familiarity with Redis/Postman will be beneficial. Experience with Scrum and Jira is an advantage, plus knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS or equivalent experience.
• Laravel PHP developer with 1+ years of PHP web application development using Laravel 7+.
• Structured databases such as MySQL and familiarity with DynamoDB.
• Experience deploying to AWS.
• Experience with unit testing.
• Git repositories experience.
• Experience with scrum agile method and Jira is advantageous.
• Savvy with Rest API or Postman.
• Experience with micro-service architecture is a big plus.
• Experience with event-driven architecture is another big plus.
