Job summary

Web Master Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a PHP Laravel Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications, ERP systems, and system integrations in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves building scalable software, integrating RESTful APIs, and collaborating with UI/UX teams.

Ideal candidates have a degree or diploma in CS/IT, 1–3 years of Laravel experience, MySQL knowledge, and familiarity with RESTful APIs and Git. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong Laravel projects are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1–3 years of PHP Laravel development experience is an advantage.
• Experience with MySQL and database design.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Knowledge of Linux server environments and deployment is an advantage.
• Experience with Vue.js or React is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Develop new modules and enhance existing ERP and business management systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
• Design and optimise MySQL database structures.
• Create and maintain database migrations, stored procedures, and queries.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, and external APIs.
• Maintain secure authentication and data exchange between systems.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive user interfaces.
• Perform unit testing and system testing.
• Support application deployment, version control, and production releases.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support and documentation where required.
