Job description

This role combines phone repair technician work, store supervision, and sales and customer service responsibilities. You will diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and software issues, perform repairs including LCD replacement, battery replacement, charging port, camera, and back glass repairs, and conduct quality checks before returning devices to customers. You will oversee daily store operations, supervise and monitor staff performance, maintain store cleanliness and organisation, monitor stock levels, and ensure compliance with company procedures. You will also assist customers with product enquiries, phone purchases, accessories and repair services, support the sales team in achieving targets, and handle customer complaints professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and software issues
• Perform phone repairs including LCD replacement, battery replacement, charging port, camera, back glass and other related repairs
• Conduct proper testing and quality checks before returning devices to customers
• Ensure all repairs are carried out according to company SOP and quality standards
• Maintain proper records of repair jobs and spare parts used
• Explain repair issues, solutions and repair status clearly to customers
• Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure smooth business activities
• Supervise, guide and monitor staff performance and daily tasks
• Monitor stock levels for phones, accessories and spare parts
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

About you

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and software issues
• Experience performing phone repairs including LCD replacement, battery replacement, charging port, camera, and back glass repairs
• Ability to conduct proper testing and quality checks
• Knowledge of company SOP and quality standards
• Ability to maintain proper records of repair jobs and spare parts used
• Strong communication skills to explain repair issues, solutions and repair status clearly to customers
• Ability to handle repair tools and equipment properly and responsibly
• Ability to supervise and monitor staff performance
• Knowledge of stock management and compliance with company procedures
