Job summary

TimesConsult is hiring for a customer-focused role in a health and wellness store. You will assist customers, provide product recommendations, and promote pharmacy items to meet sales targets.

Strong Mandarin communication is required to serve Mandarin-speaking customers, with rotating shifts that include weekends and public holidays. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries and recommend suitable health and wellness products.
• Provide basic health and nutrition product consultation based on customers' needs.
• Promote pharmacy products and achieve sales targets.
• Replenish stock, maintain product displays, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Handle cashier duties and support daily store operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
