TimesConsult is seeking a customer-focused sales associate in Malaysia to assist customers with healthcare, wellness, and OTC products. You will provide excellent service, answer product questions, and refer medication-related inquiries to the pharmacist as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting healthcare, wellness, personal care, and over-the-counter (OTC) products.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer general product enquiries.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs while referring medication-related questions to the pharmacist.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by promoting ongoing campaigns and products.
• Replenish shelves, arrange merchandise, and ensure products are displayed neatly.
