Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a health & wellness retail associate to assist customers, recommend products, and provide basic health product guidance. Fluency in Mandarin is required to serve Mandarin-speaking customers, and you must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with experience as Health Consultant, Dietitian, Nutritionist, Pharmacy Assistant, or in a health & wellness retail environment are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries and recommend suitable health and wellness products.
• Provide basic health and nutrition product consultation based on customers' needs.
• Promote pharmacy products and achieve sales targets.
• Replenish stock, maintain product displays, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Handle cashier duties and support daily store operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
