Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a highly organized procurement support professional to manage day-to-day operations, maintain stock levels, and coordinate with vendors to meet hospital requirements. You will assist in issuing purchase orders, track approvals, and help ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong Excel/Office skills, good communication, and the ability to work with internal stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support the company’s day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained through timely procurement to meet customer and hospital requirements.

Assist in the timely preparation, issuance, and submission of purchase orders, including follow-up on approval processes.

Monitor delivery schedules closely and liaise with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate supply of goods. Maintain procurement and delivery tracking reports as required.

Support sourcing activities by maintaining and updating databases of hospital inventory, alternative products, and suppliers through engagement with existing vendors, hospitals, subsidiaries, and local suppliers.

Coordinate with end-users and vendors on product customization requirements to ensure specifications are met where applicable.

Job Requirements:
