Job summary

Pharmaserve Alliances in Malaysia seeks a compliant and organized person to process and prepare orders for customers and hospitals. You will ensure accuracy of product, batch and expiry, coordinate dispatch, and handle urgent orders while maintaining stock records and SOP adherence.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and GDP procedures is preferred to support audits and storage hygiene in a distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmacy or related field is required.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and inventory management preferred.
• Experience handling pharmaceutical products per GDP requirements is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, warehouse or distribution is advantageous.

Quality & Compliance

Follow company SOPs, pharmacy procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Comply with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements for pharmaceutical products.

Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the pharmacy/storage area.

Ensure pharmaceutical products are handled appropriately to maintain product quality and integrity.

Immediately report any product quality issues, temperature excursions, discrepancies, or incidents to the relevant person-in-charge.

Support internal and external audits, inspections, and stock checks when required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Diploma in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Healthcare, Logistics, or a related field.

Previous experience in a pharmacy, pharmaceutical, healthcare, warehouse, or distribution environment is an advantage.
