Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the retail team to meet monthly sales targets.
• Promote healthcare and beauty products to customers.
• Follow up and ensure all pending sales orders are completed on time.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently provided.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Support inventory, stock management, and branch operations.
• Assist in marketing activities and community engagement.
