Job summary

TP Pharmacy Sdn. Bhd. in Bandar Puchong Jaya, Selangor, invites motivated individuals to join our retail team as frontline pharmacy associates. You will promote healthcare and beauty products, deliver excellent customer service and help manage day-to-day pharmacy operations.

Mandarin proficiency is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers. Diploma in Pharmacy or related certification is an advantage, and ownership of pharmacy knowledge helps ensure compliance and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or customer-facing sales role preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset required.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the retail team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Promote healthcare, pharmacy and beauty products to customers. Training and guidance will be provided.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
• Follow up on pending sales orders and ensure they are completed on time.
• Support initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
• Assist with the smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacy branch.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy-related laws, regulations and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pharmacy records and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of medicines and health products.
• Liaise with buyers on stock replenishment and support inventory cost management.
• Help minimise wastage by monitoring near-expiry and expired stock.

Requirements/What we need from you:

Minimum SPM or equivalent; a Diploma in Pharmacy or relevant pharmacy certification is an advantage.

Candidates with sales experience will have an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of medications and pharmacy operations is a plus.

Mandarin proficiency is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers in a predominantly Mandarin-speaking community.

Good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team.

Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to work at TP Pharmacy's retail outlet in Bandar Puchong Jaya, Selangor.
