Job summary

BIG Pharmacy is expanding its presence across Malaysia and invites friendly staff to join our retail team. You will assist customers with product information, help locate items, and ensure attractive product displays across the store.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, maintaining price accuracy, and supporting stock management while contributing to a positive customer experience and growth within the BIG family.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with product knowledge
• Attention to detail in pricing and displays
• Ability to handle cash and POS transactions

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, provide product information and assist in product selection
• Ensure product visibility and proper displays using FEFO/FIFO methods
• Receive and store incoming goods, assist in stock management
• Respond to customer inquiries and redirect to the appropriate team member when needed
• Attach price tags, monitor promotions and create appealing displays
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts
