Job summary

BIG Pharmacy invites applications for a Pharmacy Assistant at Bukit Serdang. You will help customers, provide product information, and guide selection while ensuring shelf visibility and accurate pricing.

In this role you will handle stock reception, assist in inventory, process payments, and maintain a welcoming shopping experience. Training is provided, with opportunities for promotion within a growing Malaysian chain.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; training provided.
• Basic numeracy and communication skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers with product information and advise on selection.
• Ensure product visibility and proper display, using FEFO/FIFO inventory practices.
• Receive incoming goods and assist in stock control and management.
• Process payments (cash/card) accurately and balance the register.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues to the pharmacy team.
• Attach price tags, learn promotions, and create appealing displays.
