Job summary

Big Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to assist shoppers, provide product information, and help them find what they need with friendly, knowledgeable service. You will ensure product visibility, manage displays, and handle promotions while training is provided.

You will also process payments accurately and support stock control and inventory tasks as part of a busy pharmacy team.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, provide product information, help them find what they need, and offer advice on product selection.
• Ensure product visibility and proper display, using FEFO and FIFO for inventory management.
• Receive incoming goods, store deliveries appropriately, and assist in stock control and management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, referring them to the appropriate pharmacy team member when necessary.
• Attach price tags to products, stay updated on promotions, and create appealing displays.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.
