CARiNG Pharmacy in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service/ Retail Assistant to assist customers with product information and selection, and to ensure attractive product displays. Training is provided, with opportunities for promotion and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities include handling promotions, pricing, and payment processing, while maintaining accurate cash handling and inventory presentation across showroom floors.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, provide product information and advise on product selection
• Ensure product visibility and proper display, implement FEFO and FIFO for inventory
• Receive incoming goods, store deliveries and assist in stock control
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, refer to pharmacy staff as needed
• Attach price tags, stay updated on promotions and create appealing displays
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance cash register with receipts
