Job summary

Sunway Medical Centre Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking passionate pharmacists dedicated to clinical excellence who will deliver patient-centered care within a modern hospital setting.

You will collaborate with the healthcare team, review medication orders, provide drug information, supervise technicians, and participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and active registration, with rotation shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy recognized by the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Registered Pharmacist with a valid Annual Retention Certificate (ARC).
• Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on rotational shift including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional pharmacy services to ensure safe, accurate, timely and high-quality patient care.
• Review and validate medication orders for appropriateness, accuracy and compliance with hospital policies and formulary requirements.
