Job summary

Sunway Medical Centre Bandar Sunway invites qualified pharmacists to join our hospital pharmacy team. The role focuses on reviewing prescriptions, ensuring safe and effective medication use, and contributing to clinical governance and pathway development.

You will support Pharmacy Technicians and PRPs, participate in policy implementation, and work within a multidisciplinary environment to continually improve patient care. A recognized Bachelor of Pharmacy and valid registration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of hospital pharmacy practice, with relevant clinical pharmacy experience.
• Ability to demonstrate good clinical pharmacy knowledge skills, clinical reasoning and judgement when assessing patient’s pharmaceutical needs.
• Passionate and possesses the desire to continually improve knowledge & clinical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
