Process and review medication requests submitted by corporate clients accurately and efficiently.
Conduct thorough prescription and medication screening to ensure prescriptions are complete, appropriate, and compliant with applicable pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.
Uphold medication safety practices at all times throughout the prescription review, dispensing, and medication supply process.
Identify and address potential medication-related issues, discrepancies, or concerns prior to dispensing, and seek clarification where necessary.
Ensure all dispensing activities are performed accurately and safely in accordance with Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements and established pharmacy guidelines.
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation and records in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable professional pharmacy practices.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, medication safety programmes, internal audits, and other activities to enhance pharmacy operations and service quality.
Identify and support opportunities to improve workflow, operational efficiency, service delivery, and medication safety within Corporate Operations.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and corporate clients to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of pharmacy services.
Perform other pharmacy-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Pharmacist (preferably in healthcare, insurance, pharmaceutical, or retail industries)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities Strong interpersonal skills, effective time management and sound problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrates initiative, accountability and a proactive "can-do" mindset.
Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail, resourcefulness and the ability to derive meaningful insights from data and reviews.
Proficient in English and strong report writing and communication skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence and engage stakeholders.
Willing to travel/relocate to Bukit Raja Klang.
