Accurately process prescriptions and dispense medications in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Provide clear and professional advice to patients regarding the proper use, dosage, and potential side effects of medications.
Organize and maintain the pharmacy to ensure efficient product identification, accessibility, and workflow.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department in accordance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Maintain strict control over the delivery, storage, labelling, and inventory of medications and related products, ensuring they remain in good condition and are not expired.
Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, safety guidelines, and pharmaceutical standards.
Monitor and maintain proper documentation of prescriptions, stock movements, and controlled drugs in accordance with statutory requirements.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication management and safe patient care.
Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated on new drugs, regulations, and best practices.
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a related pharmaceutical field.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience in a similar role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Must be a fully registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia and hold a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Possesses a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and effective leadership abilities.
Proficiency in multiple languages will be considered an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in all pharmacy operations.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and service delivery.
