Job summary

Vcare Pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our retail outlets in Malaysia. Provide medical consultations, guidance on health products, and ensure excellent customer service across locations such as Putrajaya, Puchong, Puncak Alam, Setia Alam, and Shah Alam.

The role requires pharmacy registration and the ability to work on weekends/Public holidays. You’ll lead dispensary operations and contribute to a supportive team environment with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Candidates who have recently completed their PRP (Provisionally Registered Pharmacist) or Freshly registered pharmacists are welcome.
• Able to work in a retail environment.
• Good communication, interpersonal and working skills.
• Able to interact well with all levels of people and management.
• Enthusiastic, informative and passionate in pharmacy profession.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultation and healthcare advice to all the customers.
• Managing staff schedule and outlet operation according to standards and procedure of the company.
• Providing guidance and promote health and beauty products based on needs.
• Always keep up to date on the market trend and lead and inspire your team to achieve the goals.
• Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with all customers.
• Recommending suitable health supplements and provide relevant health advice according to individual needs.
• Ensure stock visibility and products display.
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the store
• Ensure optimal level for dispensary stock levels.
• Managing good poison recording and scheduled poison-related issues
• Any other task as assigned by the superior.
