The ideal candidate holds a Pharmacy degree, is registered in Malaysia, and demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-friendly approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve outlet KPIs and company targets.
• Develop and train staff to provide health advice consistently.
• Handle outlet stock management and prevent expiry losses.
• Provide professional health consultations and advise on supplements.
• Maintain outlet operational standards and adherence to SOPs.
• Handle administration and ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Recruit, develop and retain outlet staff.
