Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Senior Store Keeper to support warehouse operations, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and delivery of pharmaceutical products. The role emphasizes compliance with GDP, ISO, NPRA standards and KPJ’s quality expectations.

Responsibilities include stock management, regular counts, discrepancy reporting, and ensuring a safe, organized storage environment in line with GDP and 7R principles.

Qualifications

• Education: SPM and above.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management Software).
• Preferably minimum of 1 year working experience.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment, packing, labeling according to delivery schedules.
• Adhere to 7R principles in all order fulfillment activities.
• Verify expiry dates, batch numbers and product conditions before dispatch.
• Receive, store and organize pharmaceutical products per GDP guidelines.
• Respond to customer complaints in NCAS within 3 days.
