Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Pharmacy Warehouse Assistant to support order fulfillment, picking, packing and delivery while adhering to GDP, ISO, NPRA standards. You will verify expiry dates, batch numbers and product condition prior to dispatch and assist in receiving, storing, and organizing pharmaceutical products per GDP.

Additionally, you will conduct stock counts, report discrepancies, and ensure a clean, safe storage environment, while supporting the delivery team to meet on-time

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmacy required.
• Experience with stock control and inventory counts preferred.
• Basic computer skills include Excel and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and labeling.
• Verify expiry dates, batch numbers, and product conditions before dispatch.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing pharmaceutical products per GDP.
• Respond to customer complaints within 3 days.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure on-time dispatch.
• Participate in stock counts and maintain a clean storage environment.
• Adhere to ISO, NPRA, GDP guidelines and complete audits.
