Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Pharmacy purchasing/Stores support role responsible for processing purchase requisitions and orders, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring efficient day-to-day store operations. The incumbent should have a Diploma in Pharmacy, be computer literate, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders daily.
• Monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock and act on it.
• Follow up with suppliers on backorders and stockouts.
• Maintain security and cleanliness of office and store.
• Ensure accurate stock records and prevent theft or spillages.
• Participate in new services or programs introduced by management.
